Defined work, clear expectations
What I can help with
- Remove the existing toilet as agreed in the quote
- Inspect the exposed flange and surrounding area
- Install the supplied toilet with appropriate sealing and fastening
- Connect the supply and check filling, flushing, and visible connections
You work directly with me, Travis, from the request through the finished work. I confirm what is included before scheduling and review any unexpected conditions before additional work proceeds.

Details that make a difference
Confirm fit before ordering
The rough-in dimension helps determine whether a toilet will fit the existing location. Bowl length, tank shape, wall clearance, and nearby doors matter too. An elongated bowl can change the space available in a small bathroom. Send the model link and photos so I can flag likely fit questions before installation.
Rocking and leaks can point below the fixture
A rocking toilet may involve loose fastening, an uneven floor, or a problem at the flange. A new seal alone will not correct every cause. Once the old toilet is removed, the flange and surrounding floor can be assessed more clearly. Concealed damage or substantial plumbing repairs can change the scope; I discuss the next step before additional work.
Know what is included in removal
Let me know whether the old toilet needs to be taken away and whether there are stairs or a tight path through the home. Haul-away, extra parts, and any floor or flange repair need to be stated in the quote. This service covers replacement at an existing location; moving a toilet or altering drain lines is outside the scope.
Questions about toilet installation
Can you replace more than one toilet in a visit?
Yes. Include each toilet in the request so access, parts, and removal can be priced together.
Does a new toilet fix a leak at the base?
It depends on the cause. The seal, flange, floor condition, and fixture stability all need consideration.
Do you repair the floor underneath?
Minor conditions can be reviewed, but substantial rot, structural damage, or major plumbing work is outside a routine toilet replacement quote.
